Construction OS

Check the plan before the first block is laid.

Plan checks against the local building code, quotes, materials, crew payroll and the books of every job, on one set of records. Phoros flags what your designer must see and never calls a plan permit-ready.

The job handoff

A plan should not live in a PDF.

A build touches the plan, the code, the quote, the suppliers, the crew and the client. When each lives in its own place, the gaps show up on site.

  • Code questions answered before the drawings go out
  • Materials ordered against the job
  • Every invoice tied to its quote

What a builder gets

A plan that travels, and the business around it.

The plan is data, so a new jurisdiction is a check, not a redraw. The same record carries the quote, the materials and the crew.

  • Rules that carry, adjust or need a designer
  • Site hazards named, never assumed
  • Quotes that become invoices
Illustrative screen · Construction OS
  • The plan as data

Rooms, openings, stairs, structure and roof held as one structured plan, so every check reads the same source.

  • Code checks

Each rule in the jurisdiction's rule set returns pass, flag or needs a dimension, with the rule and the room it applies to. A missing dimension is never passed.

  • Across jurisdictions

A plan drawn for Alabama, viewed in Jamaica, shows what carries, what adjusts and what needs a designer, down to wind, seismic and flood.

  • Quotes to invoices

A quote becomes the invoice, and deposits and payments land on the same record, so nothing is retyped.

    See accounting
  • Materials

Purchase orders, suppliers and stock by location, with each delivery counted against what was ordered.

    See inventory
  • Stages

Accepted quotes move through the stages you name, and the release waits until the work is done.

  • The crew

Payroll with the statutory tables built in, and the schedule on the planner.

    See payroll
  • The client

One record with every quote, invoice, message and document.

And the honest lines. A code check covers the rules in the jurisdiction's rule set and names them; it is not a permit or an engineer's sign-off. Drawings, 3D and bills of materials from a plan are not built yet, and plan checks reach builders first through a design partnership.

Virtual staff for builders

Your virtual staff know the site routine.

Add help with supplier follow-up, quote follow-up, payment reminders, client updates, document chasing and the weekly review, inside the same system. Prices, variations and anything that commits money come back to you.

  • Suppliers chased before the site waits
  • Every reminder drafted in your voice
  • Nothing ordered or priced without your yes
Illustrative screen · Construction OS
  • Supplier follow-up

Chases deliveries and supplier invoices, and keeps each answer on the job it belongs to.

  • Quote follow-up

Reminds clients about quotes that have gone quiet, in your voice, and tells you who replied.

  • Payment reminders

Drafts reminders for invoices coming due and surfaces the ones that slipped.

  • Client updates

Sends routine progress notes you approve, and returns questions about price or scope to you.

  • Document chasing

Collects what a job needs on file, from signed quotes to delivery notes.

  • Weekly review

Reviews jobs, quotes, money in and money out, and leaves one page for the owner.

How we test

Tested on real days, not demo scripts.

In the summer of 2026, Phoros Pilots ran for eight weeks with agents carrying real business jobs under daily human review. Stakeholder acceptance was the test. We publish evidence as the work supports it, so ask us what the current results show.

How we test

Your firm, online on day one

A web presence for the builder, ready before the next tender.

Three finished sites for firms that win work on trust: a consultation, a project story and a portfolio. Start from one, and the cards, flyers and social content follow to match.

Questions

Before your first build job.

Something else on your mind? Our team will talk it through with you.

Is a code check a permit?

No. A code check covers the rules in the jurisdiction's rule set and names each one. A permit, and the sign-off of your designer or engineer, stay where they are.

Which jurisdictions can it check?

Alabama's residential rules and Jamaica's today, and a plan drawn for one can be viewed in the other. Tell us where you build.

Can it draw my plans?

Not yet. Drawings, 3D and bills of materials from a plan are not built. The plan is entered as data from the drawings you already have.

Can virtual staff order materials or change a price on their own?

Not by default. Virtual staff prepare the work against rules you set. Purchases, price changes and variations stay with your team.

Can it work with the tools we already use?

Yes. Some tools are built in, tools with an MCP server connect through open connectors, and Software OS can build a connection to anything with an API. The list above shows which is which.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It is yours. Your records, files and history belong to your organization, and leaving with your work is a right, not a negotiation.
