How we start

One part of the business at a time, starting with the one that hurts.

We connect the workflow that needs to work better first, then extend from there.

  1. 1

    Choose the workflow

Start with the sales, inventory, service, finance or delivery work that matters most.

  2. 2

    Connect the operation

Bring the records, tools and handoffs for that workflow into one Business Operating System.

  3. 3

Add expertise or build what is missing

Add virtual staff where repeatable work needs hands, and build on Software OS when the business needs something it does not have.

Why we built Phoros

From disconnected work to one operating system.

Businesses already know the work. It is just spread across different tools, files and people's heads. Phoros connects the records, tools, people and workflows, so every part of the business works from the same picture.

  • Shared records instead of silos
  • One update instead of five
  • Handoffs anyone can follow

How we test

Tested in real work, improved from what we saw.

In the summer of 2026, Phoros Pilots put seven Jamaican high-school interns on real client work and improvements to Phoros for eight weeks, coached every day. What they ran into shaped the next version.

Programme summary · Phoros Pilots

The questions we put to real work

  • Result

Did the result help the person who needed it, and what had to change?

  • Guidance

How much guidance did the team need before the work was useful?

  • Handover

Could someone else continue the job without starting the explanation over?

  • Learning

Did the next similar job benefit from what the team corrected?

Connections

Run it all on Phoros Cloud, or connect what you already use.

Phoros Cloud runs the whole business on one set of records: sales, stock, books, payroll, messages and your website. Already using tools you like? Connections are chosen and set up for the workflow at hand.

The direction

The business should keep what it builds.

The operating system, its work history, the custom software and the know-how stay with the organization as it grows. Gizzada is building Phoros from Kingston, Jamaica.
